Use anything you have around the house i.e. pvc pipe, yard stick, broom stick, etc. This workout effectively cuts and shreds your core using techniques used by ancient Samurai warriors. 

Cardio Core Intervals

30 Minutes

While we cut your core we will be doing interval training, an extremely effective method to condition your heart and lungs. We have included flexibility routines during the rest intervals.

Dynamic Tension

10 Minutes

This workout can be done in the typical Western weight lifting style or the Eastern Dynamic Tension style. Dynamic Tension offers all important resistance training for people who have been injured or simply do not have weights. 

Weighted Core Explosion

10 Minutes

This may well become one of your favorite workouts. We concentrate on lower body resistance training while using light weights. Your will get great benefit for your core and upper body as well. You can also do this workout without weights. 

Bo Rapid Core

10 Minutes

This fast, fun and effective workout utilizes a weighted bar or any pole you have around the house. Using ancient self defense techniques with a Bo will really rip your core.
